Lapink Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of some or all of your Lapink data without deleting your account by using the email link below.
What to include
- The email address used for your Lapink account
- Your mobile number, if applicable
- Your full name, if available
- A description of the data you want deleted
- A note that your account should remain active if you do not want the account deleted
Examples of requests
- Delete saved profile details that are no longer needed
- Delete selected notes or non-essential records where legally permitted
- Delete data that is no longer required while keeping the account active
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, service continuity, or accounting purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days.
