You can request deletion of your Lapink account and associated personal data using the email link below.
What to include
- The email address used for your Lapink account
- Your mobile number, if your account was created or used with a phone number
- Your full name, if available
What will be deleted
- Your Lapink account profile information
- Associated app data that is no longer required to provide services
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days.
